Part 1 is actually titled Magnetometers and Associated Techniques and covers a number of magnetic field measuring techniques. Although it provides a pretty good review of these methods, it is a little light on technical detail. Part 2 covers the construction on two of the methods, the latter being a fluxgate mag with a homebrew toroid sensor. This project was published in the July & August, 1999 issues of Electronics and Beyond, a British electronics magazine owned by Maplin Electronics PLC. |
