I just bought a Fisher m-scope PF-8000E resistance / fault locator and was wondering if this could be used as a ground resistance meter? any one that can help it would be appreciated.I got it pretty cheap and thought I would give it a try,Need someone with eletronics background to experiment with it.Send me an e-mail at [email protected] if your interested.
