Commercial vs Non-commercial posts

The entire Geotech web site, including these forums, is a not-for-profit endeavor, intended to help hobbyists who like to dabble in the technical side of treasure hunting. So, these forums are primarily for non-commercial use.

However, I don't mind helping out commercial interests, so long as those interests align with the general interests of this web site. Therefore, I welcome the participation of businesses, and don't mind subtle plugging and home page links. Just don't get out-of-hand with it.

Dealers are welcomed to sell products in the Buy-Sell-Trade forum, and there are no volume restrictions for anyone. Just keep the items relevant to the interests of the web site.

Finally, there is an Advertising forum, where businesses & individuals can advertise products & services. Again, keep it relevant.
