There was no such issue. Back then, it alternated as "Treasure World" or "True Treasure." The Nov.1970 issue was Treasur World, and was collectors #31. I have that issue, plus most issues, from Fall 1966(Vol.1 #1). Want to buy them all? How about Gold magazine, and Western Treasure?
