Mod Fisher 440 to Tesoro

[Silver Dollar]

I bought a Fisher 440 11" coil of Ebay for cheap and got it working with Aziz's
floating TX but didn't want to dedicate a MD to one coil so I decided to convert
it to Tesoro specs;


I popped it open revealing this;


I picked out some of the foam;


Then popped the coil out. Lucky the 30 year old epoxy didn't hold to good;


I got some panorama foam to form the insides;


Cleaned up the housing;


And got ready to reassemble it;


Cut the foam;


And slotted it for the TX coil;
