I simulated the 741 power supply circuit of SASCHO2 on the computer, the two voltages are 12V and 12.9V respectively, I don't know why it doesn't have a 5V circuit

The sas1project.png (schematic) will not work. The circuit diagram has errors within the timing circuit! The PCB I have not checked.... it might be correct.
