I dont want to get too involved in this discussion, but when uSoft sells too soon a Windows version that is totally unstable and almost unusuable,(let alone security and pricvacy problems), i am not sure who is stealing from whom...
You chose to buy it, nobody put a gun to your head, you could always use something else.

Nah! It is not about being politically or otherwise correct, you just wouldn't imagine how much efforts and money is gone into protecting something you have to sweat so much to get. I personally don't work with software myself, but I do pay the salary of several software engineers, and trust me, they cost a lot! It is a kind of real thing for me the amount of money, I spend developing new stuff and pisses me off to no limits when somebody tries to steal that from me. Stealing software is kind of a new sport, here in Scandinavia much have been done to protect others people work, but still is not enough.
Regarding your idea of the toaster LRL, well if it works, so be it. So far I haven't seen any real prove of their functionality, it would be nice though.
    Regards,

Well, I don't like thieves, stealing is wrong, independently of the nature of the owner of the stolen items. I don't understand why some people believe stealing software is not stealing at all, probably because they wouldn't have any problem stealing something else.
    So sad!
The kt315 yellow/orange transistor was a very popular one once upon a time in the U.S.S.R, 300MHz if I remember right and some 100mA Ic. It had flat legs that use to corrode easily. Not a great thing in my opinion. Stealing to the Red Cross ? Stealing what ? Some plasters and band-aid stuff ? Do they have some lamebin's stuff ???

    That's an idea!

If I have to steal something (actually I haven't/don't need) I would prefer a lamebin coil... at now! Very cool...

    Kind regards,
    Max

    Hi kt315,
I was very surprise to see the picture you posted, the picture with the tank saying "Buying licensed Windows you are supporting the war in Irak".
Does it means, steal Windows? or does it means use Linux instead?

I'm hoping it means use Linux instead!
    Regards,
