Such and similar advertising-oriented reports are usually sweeter than reality.
In case of this particular Wilson this is not so necessary to be the truth but more likely it is the fair report with simple and true facts.
Somebody earlier posted several very nice photos of this Wilson, i think here on Geotech, although not sure.
I have those photos.
Was pretty interested and watched&analyzed them indeed much.
Wilson circuitry is not that impressive, yet it is fact that it does performs so well indeed.
So, considering all that, i am sure that Wilson's "secret" lays actually in very good tuned circuitry and probably even better tuned coil.
Whatever the truth is, i would really like to see it sometimes, test it and enjoy working with it.
If we had accurate schematic;i would made it long time ago.... maybe sometime in future!
Anyway, i do envy the owner on having such interesting vintage!

Wilson ATD
Hello Everyone.
It sure would be nice to collect any information on this older model that is no longer in production . Any clear PCB photos or a schematic would be great !! Very little is posted on the internet . Wonder what VLF frequency these ATD's ran at and is Wilson still in business ?
The last Wilson model I remember was the Coin-Select. Thank-You
