Personal opinions and actions are fine, but when continually aired on a public forum with such obvious bias, it can influence other peoples opinions and actions. We have seen the result of that in what Howard has been, and is, going through. Whose forum and what individual will be scrutinised next? I do hope that it is not Geotech and the members that just want to get on with gaining knowledge and debating it in a sensible and friendly way. There are forums that seem to specialise in continued verbal campaigns against certain companies. Best stick with them if that's your agenda.

Thats a sad day if what you say is actually happening, BW put a lot of years effort into getting a metal detector up and running that could rival M/L....here's hoping Moodz can bring them undone, as in put them into their place, damn spoiled my day it has....bugger!!!!!

I believe due to health and family reasons because of Minelab's lawyers constant harassment of him BW has capitulated and signed to their demands which I believe were probably to never allow the commercialisation of the patented design never build a metal detector which incorporates ground balance and to indemnify certain members of Minelab if in fact there is an investigation of their dealings by ASIC just my thoughts all I can say it is very dirty pool from a company that many people trusted just goes to show are the rumors I hear from the USA true are Minelab negotiating for Whites if so that will be another independent gone.
