A sensitivity pot can be added as there was room on original board for a sensitivity trimmer, but was not included. I included this option on my layout. I also made layout like "longboard", so I can stick it in some pvc pipe. Cheap is the word.

Here is my layout for 1212X.
The schematic is 100% accurate and was reversed very well by some person from the board in pic because even the component labels match. Sprint layout in zip file.
Nice and easy build, good detector was the fisher 1212X.
