Ready for checkout..
Ivconic thanx for high-res picture you have send to me - it helped a lot and top is already finished.
I'll send you files to your email to check-out.
Please note that I have changed position of some pads and corrected bottom side of PCB as you suggested.
Here is the superposition of layers.

Two box from sony transmiter.
Hola Joe.
Si creo estas en lo correcto. Tal vez este sistema se podría entonces modificar para hacer un radar de penetración para tierra, pero no se mucho sobre ellos.
Gracias y un abrazo.
Nelson
Hi Joe.
I think you are rigth. May be this system can be modified to make a ground penetrating radar, bust i don´t know to much about it.
Best regards.
Nelson

tambien tienes que tener en cuenta, con que clase de ic esta construido ese trasmisor receptor ya que no todos resultan apropiados, pero quizas si funcionaria, claro esta metiendole investigacion

Two box with babycall from Sony
Hi, can anyone tell me if is posible to make a two box MD from a babycall from Sony. This divice has a transmiter and a reciber, the frequency is crystal controlled on the range of 49 Mhz?

I did some checking. Yes there are few missed connections.
I corrected those and here is result.
Although this can be corrected more but only in "cosmetic"
manner. Some of "broken" lines can be straighten up etc.
On few places there were to close lines,i corrected some.
Anyway it is gonna be fine.
Leto you did a great job! Also very fast! Congratulation!
I hope you gonna do same with top side.
Component placements already shown on top side.components
values are exact mached as on posted schematic(Geo).
So, now is only matter of time to close up whole project.
regards
P.S.
I'll check my email tonight.

corrections
I already found few missing paths in marked blue circles. Ivconic please check green circles I'm not sure there... Also I have sent you an email.
Waiting for those files to finish the board properly.
Also some questions:
As you have seen all the parts closely - are there any nonstandard parts on this board -> maybe the board needs some corrections in pads spacings?
What are the PCB dimensions?
What are the dimensions of the smallest object TM808 can pick up? It will be interesting to experiment with different coil sizes here..Attached Files

Wow!
Wow! You are very quick Leto!!!
Bravoo! I'll check this and post eventual corrections!
I can not compete you in this!
Bravo again!

bottom ready for checkout
Have found some time to complete bottom. I actually started with top of PCB but would really need some extra pixels to that raster files to finish it.
Ivconic I will send you .cdr and higher res. pictures on your email to check out - I'm sure there are mistakes (unconnected pads) I just could not decide on some parts - is it blur or copper.Attached Files

TF900 Patent
Hi Ivconic,
I found the patent for the TF900 detector. Have a look how simple the design is. It's much simpler than the TM 808. Maybe you have use for it....
Keep going and post some pictures of your "Clone TM808" once it's finish.

mo' better blues...
I was thinking to clear those slowly, step by step.
Finally from those scans i should get clear pcb's.
But only way i can use right now is some paint soft
and manually do point by point. It will take much time
but at the end it will give very good results.
I am wandering if somebody know faster&easiest way of
doing this, so i decided to post again scans, but this
time much better quality, although it will take much
time for me to upload since i am still using old, damn
dial-up.....48kBps....sheeesh!!!
Anyway,if somebody knows better way,c'mon do that and post
here!
I do consider this "project" as our collective thing.
Winter is coming, man has nothing to do,lot of spare time...
When pcb finished,i do have some ideas how to modify this
thing.I intend to use original setup of TM808 and later
add few mods on it,so it will give much better performances!
White's did a great job with this, but i suspect that they
intentionally did not involve full possibilities in this
machine....problably due some further improvements.
Maybe something else...?
Michael was right about TF900. But multi freqency option is
not most important thing here. TF900 will be out of competition
when i finish this TM808 as intended at first time.
Later i will discuss this more.....
Here are scans in much better shape....Use those...if somebody
clear up those faster than me,please come here and post results
for everybody to share.....
Leto,yes...do that and post back your work! Regards!
Javi se mail-om, nemam mogucnosti da upload-ujem vece fajlove, jako je
losa konekcija ovde...

Vectorising
Hi Ivconic..
If you need some help on this - you can send me those scanned files via email (compress each to 2meg). I vectorise raster files on daily-basis (on my job) and estimate approx. hour for each side of manual hand-mouse labor(HQ).but it will take a week or two for me to done them...
So if you are occupied with other things I would be glad to help.

scans
Regards to all!
Esteban you done great job now! Thank you!
Here is scans....Origin files are HUGE!!! 27Mb's, so it is quite impossible for me to upload those anywhere....I done some compression and here they are...I hope this degraded will done job anyway...I intend to post offset files when prepared, but it will take a week or two for me to done them...

So,as planed, first step is finished. I just unsoldered all
components from pcb. To tell you the truth it was "labour".
But,have to say, White's used extra quality materials here.
Tribute to White's. The very best ever prepared pcb i saw
in my life. Holes are metalised, pads, vias superb!
I used my Salomon soldering iron, which is very good and
neither one damage occured! Pcb need some cleaning,so when
done, i intend to scan it on 600dpi.Later, using Corel Photo Paint
i intend to redraw all over photo,do some more cleaning, sharping
and finalizing to make file for offset printing.
I done reverse eng. same way,so many times on much originals
so far, but i have to repeat, this pcb is best quality i ever saw!
For now here is blured photos(my camera is modest).
I'll also post scans when done.
regards
P.S.
Esteban, although you explained pretty good, coils here, please can you
do some extra work. Can you use paint or simillar and draw more
preciselly inner composition of coils.. I didnt get quite clear
picture of those yet.Call me stupid, but i would like to be sure
what is all about.Dont want to make any mistake when making those.
Thanks in advance! Also everybody else, if somebody have pictures
draws&stuff about those coils, please come here and post.
Michael you made good points there! No, i didnt tested it detailed yet.
I intend too in future. But anyway i do have strong wish to make another...and maybe another...and another....ha,ha,ha! I'll see. It will come to me in future. But anyway, your questions and points are right!
Any further experiences and notices i'll post here...
The quality of construction may be good, but it looks like a mad man did the PCB tracking.
