    Not. MPSA13 is Si-N- Darlington. you can replace by MPSA12 MPSA14 BC517 BC617 BC875 BSR50...52 MPSA25...29.

    good luck

You right, my smt caps are 33uf-25v and nonpolar caps are handmade, may they are making problems.
    thank you.

in my opinion you try to find a mistake in the layout while the mistake is at your hand made board. I write again - there are not mistakes in first PCBs batch and not in second PCB's batch, because the board is due full precise copy of the original one, detail-in-detail, line-in-line, point-to-point, I use special utils of P-CAD to find errors/violations on every step. do not waste a time on the pics and find your problem. may be resistors' value or short circuit somewhere, I can only guess.

I knew KC by your great troubles and in my opinion now this is your product . what i see is a man supports and supports, but i cant support him! in fact i do nothing for him
yeah, seems i have to change my pcb board to a new faultless one, but who can provide it ? unfortunately i am living in embargo , in my country , Iran , even the circuit parts are not available at all, and impossible transfer money to purchase a thing from other country.
I know this is my problem, so let me die in governments sensuality .
    sincerely

not, there has not to be DC voltage. only AC. while you hear a sound... may be you do not notice that voltage on the emitter is AC.
