I Can't Log In... Why?
1. I created an account but it won't let me log in
Most likely you did not activate your account. When you create a new account, you are automatically sent a confirmation email with a link to activate the account. Sometimes this email ends up in the Spam folder so if it does not show up in your InBox in a few minutes, look in the Spam folder or maybe other email folders.
2. I activated my account but it still won't let me log in
Beginning in early 2025 new accounts need approval. Sorry, but the robot spammers are getting more sophisticated. I try to approve within 12 hours but sometimes I get busy or I am traveling. If your account isn't approved quickly please send a Contact Us message.
3. I created an account but it now it says there is no account -- Part 1
Robot spammers often create an account, but never activate the account. Any account that has not been activated after 3 days is automatically deleted. If you failed to activate your account within 3 days, simply create it again, and activate.

An account which has been created and activated will be deleted under the following conditions:
