WU is expensive way. can you seek somebody with paypal account in your neighbours? if not then just WU, while you can try telegram transfer - on bank account.
I had gave out all desoldered chips with previous boards. I buy at aliexpress.
you have to pay for two boards USD/euro 14 +14. shipping included. will send by registered mail with the track number.

all my schematics are based on using of old components from trash electronic boards like CRT TV sets, VGA monitors, recorders, american made garbage is always preferred.
no modern chips, no programmed PIC and ATMEL, no color expensive LCD matrix, no ARDUINO.

"Lithuanian Post, along with operators in other countries, is currently awaiting further clarification from US customs and relevant agencies regarding the procedure for calculating fees and applying the new rules. Once specific information is available, Lithuanian Post will communicate it separately," the announcement stated. These changes will not affect documents, cards, and gifts valued at or below $100 shipped to the United States. Lithuanian Post also notes that parcels sent before the new regulations come into effect may experience temporary processing uncertainty. Therefore, senders should take this information into account.

I use to buy loads of stuff from the UK from excavators to hifi to even detectors. After Brexit I buy virtually zero products from the UK.
