I want to buy a SM PRO PI setup or somethig as good

im looking for a SM PRO PI board with components or one alrdy assembled .found one on ebay but he dont chip to canada.its this one i would like to own..or if theres something better i dont know about im all ears and rdy to buy ASAP
But i really want a PI setup

i do not know such man here. who is he in real??? did you get a full guarantee that he will help you here in on-line mode if you meeting a problem? i see only troubles with this board here in forum. people ask but no help from 'takoma'.

I did a quick check of the database, and there is no user here with the name of tacoma or similar.

I think they're both the same circuit. The Surf-PI from Silverdog also has 3 external pots - Reject, Threshold and Volume. Note that the adrianandgenese link from the eBay item is to a HowTo Guide for the Silverdog kit.

Edit: I've found the Surf-PI Pro schematic (attached) and there are some differences. For a start, the Pro version has a 4th external pot for Gain.

The SM PRO PI has 4 pots the one on ebay....i just cant beleave i cant find it anywere else to buy.

thank you very much for the info i wont be buying that...i want a good PI detector what do u recommend the surf pi 1.2 or the baracuda ..also as for batteries what do they use. again THANK YOU

You haven't mentioned yet where you want to hunt, apart from Canada.
Is this intended for beach work, hoard hunting, or gold nuggets?
