Help with Metrotech 220

I have old Metrotech 220 MD that is not working.
Detector is from Seba Dynatronic Austria

Detector and speaker (attached to it)

Something is loose in coil head.
Rayman - Ray helped with one wire that was disconnected.

Don't have any manuals... or service manuals

I think it shorts battery as it is overheating when I turn it on.
