I won this a short while back on Ebay. Ebay #260092402541 I just got it today! I had one of these as a kid! It was my 1st detector with joint ownership with my dad! It sure brings back some great Treasure Hunting Trips with my dad. The Sidewinder is really a Garrett Hunter Junior! This detector was/is very simple to use and only requires one 9-volt battery! It has an Off/On Volume knob and a Mineral/Null/Metals knob. And that is it! Just tune it to a moderate motorboat beat on the metal side and one is ready for Treasure Hunting! Not complicated and one could probably become an expert with this one in just a few short weekends of experience!!! I know that compared to any more up to date detectors the sensitivity on coins is less than desirable but with the 13 inch or larger coil, I believe that this would still be good for Bottle Dump Hunting, Cache hunting And for Large Relic Hunting!!! I'm in Nostalgic Heaven!!!..............Joe
