While waiting for the boards to arrive thought I'd resurrect an audio toolkit that I wrote a while back to run on a high quality sound card.
Should be perfect for measuring the noise output from the preamp.

OK, parts ordered and JLCPCB busy making the 4-layer PCB. Final board size 85mm x 55mm.
Time to work on the software design...

Why no one directly collects the signal of the coil with more than 20 ADCs, so it doesn't need to be enlarged, the circuit will become very simple.

The MUR460S would probably be a slightly better choice as it's max reverse recovery time is a bit quicker but the 860J seems easier to find in SMD.

When do you start writing programs? What kind of monitor do you have?

I've actually put together quite a lot of the PIO assembler code for pulse generation, audio and ADC SPI with DMA already.
The main software still needs quite a bit on the design side before any 'C' coding can begin though.

I mostly work on a Mac with 32" screen.

OK, design complete and PCB layout done !

Going to spend a few days reviewing and checking that all is as it should be before I have the boards made.
Also going to order the parts I need and in so doing ensure that they're all available.

I'll update again once I start testing...
