Thanks for helping me. Yes, those were some discrepancies I found between the book and the file. I already have the Arduinos. So, with the data I found for the various components, will the metal detector work?

Yes. None of the components are critical as regards exact model numbers or tolerances, except the resistors which need to be 1%.
You will also need to choose one of the supported displays (2-line or 4-line LCD, SH1106 OLED, or TFT) and a suitable coil.
