Help me Osciloscopy

Hello friends. I need your help. I bought an oscilloscope as the picture, and I do not know how to measure the frequencies shown at the end of Carl file hammerhead.
Also, I would measure the induction coil, single and damping resistance. Can you help me? Thanks
