jumper question

I am in the process of trying to assemble the pc board for the Hammerhead. I am taking it slow and easy because I do not have much knowledge in electronics. If it works then I shall have a great detector, if not, at least I tried. My question is on the jumpers on the pc board. Can I go ahead and install the jumpers before mounting the components? I do not want to get to far ahead of things, but it may be easier to do now. Thanks

You should be able to install the jumpers first with no problems.

I generally install components lowest-to-tallest. Jumpers, then resistors & diodes, small caps, ICs & transistors, electrolytics. But any order is fine.
