HH with 60 cm coil

I want to build a HH with a large coil.I don't have a scope and I don't know much in electronics.So I will appreciate any of your information(put in one easer way),about:
-change in components
-What kind of cable to use
-how must be conected
I saw already what Rob in KS wrote about ,maybe he has something new.
If somebody has a close picture also is welcome.

This isn't a trivial project. Maybe you have a friend who is into electronics? Or maybe make a new friend I've had plenty of problems, but I'm pushing the envelope in driving such a large coil with the HH. That's why I posted all of the component substitutions I made. I've made a few more changes, so I'll have to update my original post. I have mine back on the bench now and I'm trying to clear up some noise issues.

I really feel that an oscilloscope is essential. Yes you can build it with just a meter, but if (when) something doesn't work right, you need a scope to really see what's going on. There are a lot of things that can go wrong.

I don't want to discourage you, just the opposite. Its good to push yourself and learn new things. You can learn a lot from reading the posts in this forum. There are some really smart people here.

I think I just find a friend ...I bought 3 HH board ,one for normal coil(I have a pair of military coil ,they said it work well with HH) and I keep the others 2
boards for making something else .When you 'll have a good large combination
please put in on the forum so I can use your experience...until I will have mine.
