Please note that the Minipulse Plus PCB layout is double-sided, with plated-through holes and a solid ground plane. Hence it will be extremely difficult to make this PCB at home. I did try to output the top and bottom copper layers to both PDF and PNG (using Gerbv), but the bottom copper layer is not displayed properly; most likely due to the ground plane.

I would suggest taking advantage of the excellent service provided by Silverdog to Geotech members, and order a high quality PCB from there. They only cost £5.00.
