There is no other PCB layout for the MPP. You will need to use a PCB CAD package to create a suitable layout for your project. I cannot believe that your university does not have access to some suitable software. However, if not, then there are several free PCB CAD tools to choose from that can do the job.

There is a free version of EAGLE, EAGLE is probably the most widely used ECAD imo. Sparkfun has some decent EAGLE tutorials and I bet Adafruit's are good too.

Another option is Circuitmaker (Circuitmaker is free), Altium's gateway drug. CircuitMaker might be easier because you won't have to mess with part libraries & footprints. CircuitMaker has built-in libraries that are linked to big suppliers like Mouser/DigiKey/Arrow/Element14/etc...
