Best replacement fo jfet BF-245

I m sorry i m french and my english is not very good and i m beginner on electronic....


On my TGSL EDU from Silverdog I broke the ( n jfet BF-245C) and i check for buy the same but i don t find.It is possible to change for the BF247A or j107 or ls5912 or BF244C.

what is the best easy replacement to find on market for the jfet (BF-245c)...

Most probably the BF245A or B is a better replacement for BF245C, so go for it. It is used as an analogue switch, and it requires control voltage to be in adequate range, which is usually easier to achieve with A or B variants. Channel resistance is of little significance, and all other parameters apart from Vgso are the same.
