Don't waste your time getting involved with the politics unless that's what you are on these sites for. Put your time and energy into that MD you have sitting on your workbench awaiting your limited and valuable time, that you have been saying in your head you need some more spare time to work on it.

Not sure what to make of that site. Doug joined Carl-NC as a member without consulting him and also edited a member's posts and signature just because he didn't like him. The member and some others have now quit the forum because of this rather odd behavior.

Doug and Bugwhiskers have a bunch of good info on their website. But its such a shame that they are so against anyone who disagrees with them. And are such Minelab haters. And if your have any thing to do with Johnathan Porter who does field testing for Minelab you are worthless to Doug the forum owner. Such a shame.

Hello friends,

bugwhiskers and some very competent people are working on a very interesting gold detector project at the moment. I had the chance to check some internals of this project and it is really one of the most promising PI project. Check it out from time to time. When the server is down, then try it next time.
