tesoro compadre coil

sure is right, you need to change the attack of the coil,is a simple modification,I saw that in Germany they sell Compadre already with the coil interchangeable, and the Tesoro 12 "x10", it's ok for this metal detector.

I dont know I own a tesoro silver (use the same coils of compadre 5.75" and 8" i think 8" was in old compadre version) I know (from the net) that someone use the 8" coil of other micormax 5pin on compadre.
I use the 5.75" in silver.

I have the Tesoro silver, I think yes, you can use because i know all micromax machines (5 pin coil) have interchangable coil.
I said micromax 5 pin machine because I remember some coil from cibola e vaquero do not fit the others detectors (HOT coil if i remember correctly.)

I have read somewhere about a man who put the 8" coil from silver to compadre.
