Shaft Sizes?

I started modifying my ice scrapers to work as MD shafts.
The Apollo Clevis fit perfectly into one shaft. I measure
the ID as around 17mm (maybe 17.4mm).

Does anyone know the OD of any of the lower shafts?

The ones I see for sale just say the manufacturer not any
size info...



Oh I just found this a Universal Shaft Lock. It says 7/8" upper and 3/4" lower shafts (so they're all the same?).

Also anyone know where to buy a cuff for less than $20!
That seems a bit much for a piece of plastic!!!

.75 OD all the way down and .62 flat for the coil to slid over

Here's my attempt to make a stick. I used an ice scraper and put the
clevis from the apollo coil and then made a cuff with an old piece of
water barrel...


Now to get that label off
