Fiberglassing Styrofoam coil forms

I was wondering if anyone ever fiber glassed a Styrofoam coil form ? I have 3 coils 8,10, and 12 inch diameter, I would like to use the fiberglass on. My question is do the resin and fiberglass change the "Q" of the coil. Thank you all for letting me post my questions. Best re guards. James

That's what I do. You will have to use epoxy resin though otherwise it will dissolve the foam.
