Shell includes - shell with fitted scuff cover, flex fitting, nut, o-ring, nylon bolt with wing nut (1/4, 5/16, 8mm available).

Note: Ears are not filled so that you can pour the ears with an epoxy resin capatible with your potting resin within the manufacturers prescribed time for best adhesion.

Concentric - 6, 9, 11, 12, 14, 16

Elliptical (DD or Mono) - 4x6, 6x9, 8x12, 10x15, 12x18, 15x18, 16x20

Material - .060 thick ABS (before forming)

Cable Flex Fitting - Sealcon (includes fitting, nut, and o-ring) two sizes available to fit cable OD .11 to .26 and .16 to .31

Shell molds are machined with 1/2 degree positive taper on the shell, 1/2 degree negative taper on the scuff cover e.g they have a slight dovetail fit.

Hi Charles,

Wow, you have been busy! Glad you posted the info. Hopefully, you will be picking up some orders.

One question about the ears. I noticed you have 3 different widths or spacings. Which one fits the standard Whites shaft? I am assuming it is the narrow one. Also, I am assuming the larger size fits the Minelabs, so what does the third size fit?

Reg as you guessed the .900 ear spacing fits Minelab, .750 fits Whites and several other brands. I had one customer who wanted a slightly tighter fit hence the .720.
