  • Graphite DAG 154 coating

    Hi guys,
I've read several discussions about using graphite for coil shields and remember using such a material when I restored a piano years ago. It is called DAG 154:
Building on a strong legacy of almost 150 years, we are leading the way to reimagine and improve life every day. Today and for generations to come. Through our innovative and sustainable brands and technologies, across our teams around the world. Henkel holds leading positions in both industrial and consumer businesses: Our portfolio includes well-known hair care products, laundry detergents, fabric softeners as well as adhesives, sealants, and functional coatings.

Seems common for piano repair purposes, but pretty expensive.
Mine dropped off a shelf onto the garage floor and made a miserable black spot I haven't been able to clean off. Too bad they used a glass jar for containment...

    Source for DAG 154?

Do you know where I can get a small quantity of DAG 154, ~ 1 gal? I understand it is useful as a substrate for copper plating plastic materials and I want to try it. Thanks - Jim
