Bounty Hunter headphone jack installation

Can anyone help me figure out the wiring on a new headphone jack for a Bounty Hunter VLF / Gold Digger metal detector? My new jack has three wires ( white blue black) and two of the posts are solder across each other. Thanks

Are you replacing a headphone jack in a BH detector? Can you post a photo of the jack?

Hi Carl, cant post a photo ,...no working iphone,..the jack has three wires ( orange, white, blue) ...the white is connected to "0" post, orange is connected to "3" post, and blue is connected to "2" post and #1 and #2 are soldered together by a thin bar. It's a 1/4 inch jack.

There are lots of different jacks with different connection points. It sounds like you have a stereo jack (most detectors do) so my best guess is this:
