Looks like someone's alternate reality that doesn't shake physics to the core, or even nudges it slightly. "Verbal diarrhea" was someone's kind opinion of the videos. Prolly the basis for a good LRL, tho.

What a theory, of money making. In first part, about particle-wave duality of light, in one sentence: There are “real” particles, with finite rest mass, but electromagnetic radiation, radio waves, light... traveling at speed of light (for given medium, fastest in free space), carry certain amount of energy, by mass-energy equivalence appears that photon have a finite mass, and behave like particle too, just this is not rest mass, light allays travel at speed of, well, light (can this be done simpler?). Nice visual effects with discharge is normal behavior of plasma, actually can be easily replicated at home. Not too high vacuum is needed, around few torr, ordinary refrigerator compressor in reverse can achieve it, and not too high voltage from improvised power supply. Patent and patent application is non-existing, website is for sale, someone get someone's money in the process, (and disappeared), oldest theory of all, nothing else.
