Tuning my mag for the first time.

So it went pretty well but I used the two nylon screws and foam rubber method from the plans. It works up to a point but I think the foam doesn't bounce back after being compressed. I am wondering what foam works best. I am using a very dense piece of foam right now, maybe I need a softer type???
