MR.Bills whites classic III mod help please!

For the S.A.T. changes on location R32 of the board. There is a 220k resistor and I need to install a 375k resistor and a switch. The question is what is the switch function? Is it picking wether you are running the 220k or the 375k resistor? Or is it adding the 375k to the 220k when you want to? What are the two values you want at the R32 location or the board with the switch in each position? Any help would be great thanks.

Yes, I used a switch to go between either resistance.
