you have the schematic already. Why do you not make a PCB by your self? If you don't know what software to use, then use Kicad. Kicad is a powerfull free software package. You can download and use Kicad for free. Here the link: https://www.kicad.org/download/windows/
With Kicad you can draw the schematic and make the PCB layout.

I would advise you to use the Sprint Layout program. You use the function: Extras-Scanned copy-load bitmap and indicate the path to your picture on the board. The photo must be in .bmp format. From Options-macro lab, you take the macros of an integrated circuit and impose it on one of the ones in the photo. Then you change the resolution until the pin locations match.
