            14.4V is from 4xLiPo accus and end voltage is 12V. For charging you will need special unit with equalizing function - relatively expensive variant
            15V is from 10xAA alkaline batteries - more cheaper variant but end voltage is down to 10V - this will reduce the TX power more then in the first variant.

              Also in these times was popular 1.2V NiCd accus. 12pcs. by 1.2V also make 14.4V with end voltage of 12 x 1V=12V
