  • Delta Pulse 2 - Mod

Hi, I haven't made a Delta Pulse 2 in maybe over 10 years, but I would like to make a modified version. One of the things I want to change is the frequency of the 556 to make it monostable. The other thing I can think of is a threshold to have a nice threshold. Also the sound can be amplified and I would like it to be bipolar. If you have other ideas or people who have tested something different, please share what they liked and what they didn't. I am attaching the standard circuit. The first of my ideas with a schmidt trigger to feed to a 555 and have a stable frequencyClick image for larger version Name:	post-57121-0-81762500-1354475147.gif Views:	0 Size:	117.2 KB ID:	438749

You might want to consider mickstv's vco circuit. It works best with ground balancing detectors. what's your aim using monostable pulse? I was going to suggest the SD2000 tx circuit which definitely requires some tweaking for the timings
