This is a special type of detector and it needs a hex inverter chip.

Once I used such chip to get some Macintosh Plus monitor signal
from the mainboard converted to VGA but the scanlines frequency
is far below the normal standard. This home-computer worked
already 1985 similar like Windows today and with a one button mouse.
It was easier to use than the command prompt based Commodore, Amiga or Atari.
Meanwhile exist free Windows emulators for all those "antique" computer-systems
plus thousands of old game-ROMs. Even all the Playstation 2 Games (2001-2009)
meanwhile are legal downloadable. Have fun with it if you have enough time!
