I do trust my own archive from hard disk.
I do make SMW every once in a while, respecting the schematic and pcb that i have.
What to answer?
I don't think too much on SMW concept any more.
I just repeat the diy without much of a thinking. Since it is proven and works alright.
But nobody stops you to experiment and try any other solution.
That is very good way to learn and progress.
It doesn't really counts what i say here, it counts only what you find that works for you.
Go ahead and do it your way. I can only salute that.

Regardless if I made the smw in proper way or not at least I get 20cm for coin in the ground. And I learned alot
I used both 2.7k and now I am using now 27k both are working I asked only to be sure don't worry about it.

It is 2K7, sorry for the mistake!
Possibly yes. It is also good solution.
You can change R37 value or put trimmer instead to see the difference.
Also i think that 555 stage can be improved further

can use lm7812 regulator instead of 7809

You can try to use, but, you need at least 2 things - battery with 14 volts minimum voltage (idealy 4x li-ion cells) and CD4053 only, not 74HC4053 or it will overheat. But I think 74HC4053 will work better than CD version, but offcourse will work only with lm7809 regulator.

Its really work perfect in air test I get 50cm cola can
Big iron like tea pot more than 50cm
Wedding silver ring 20cm
Coin 10mm 20cm
Gib discriminate only iron coin not all iron
TV ferrite can't be discriminate
I test it inside room where electronics and wireless also the ground have iron in it but it's not quite at all when I face it on the ground so noise, dos this noise vanish outside?
Also I afraid I don't connect coaxial TX and Rx in it's terminal plase look at attached image and tell me where should I connect to.

my county is Lietuva with 3 mln inhabitans, but really here is 2, not more. Lietuva is fascist state because they prohibit to use
different languages - polish, russian, belarusian.
