Your account looks normal. Can you post a screen capture of exactly what you are seeing?

I'm pretty sure it's something on your end, no one else has reported an issue. The best I can do is log in as you and try it, but to do that I need to change your password and then you would need to change it back. I can't read or restore anyone's password. If you OK that I'll give it a try.
