Hello everyone, I'm a newbie. I have a whites eagle with update chip. I put in new batteries. The unit will not turn on. I need the schematic for it. Maybe the regulator is out or scr. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Looks like the regulator is out. I've ordered an ma78s40pc from littlediode.com. I ordered an extra just in case I get nervous and shake too much when i solder it. Thanks to all who answered my pleas.
