Measured the actual coil feasible method as pictured in the diagram characteristics coincide with the simulator. Your measurement in the simulator does not correspond to reality. What's the question?

Thank you! AD633 is very interesting.I think using a trigger is not very suitable. It should be possible to change the 0 \ 90 in the desired direction. It is better to use another 4046. There will be more opportunities
LT simulator may be done modulator inductance of 5-10% from an external source sine? Maybe there is some sort of a guide for the properties of the inductance?
Signal ground I learned to do.

Sorry, I thought you were struggling with 4013. I found this circuit on LTspice yahoo group with a model and all that uses AD633 and seem to be in good order

I do not understand what I mean. I talked about the AD633 analog multiplier. The trigger for?

Just use a generic D flip-flop and put Trise and Vhigh

I am a model for LTspice AD633 The official website of Analog Device is just an image. сir But it is designed to PCspice and not suitable for LT. How to be in this case? Where to find the model. The forum AD \ gave me advice, but it does not work. Maybe someone else has?

Some digital models do that. Trouble is that traditionally digital devices were simulated as Boolean, while the connection between analogue and digital circuits is always a bit odd.
You first have to edit (by right clicking) the device and declare rise time and Vhigh, see picture.
Also you have to add a 1ohm resistor in a line that is connected to Vcc or ground and CLR, Set or Reset inputs, or otherwise the logic value (1 or zero) is ignored and such input assumes a default value.

ID:	337301Hi guys. Something I did not manage to connect to the 4013 trigger this circuit generator. Does not fit the model 4046 and 4013 on the supply lines. It should be Vdd + Vss-Vcc 0 There indicated Vcc + and there is a problem. What to do? No one can advise ... No one knows

I actually found that it is in ~400k range for 10V Vcc and also dependent upon 1/Vcc^2, hence not very reliable. It is also equipped with automatic bias adjust, but it must remain within rails. The capacitive voltage divide is my choice solution. Of course other solutions may work just as good, but I like this one better.

No, the input impedance of 4046 is much larger than 10k, so having C7 larger than C6 works much better as a voltage divider.

True, but my version has a vorking amplitude stabilisation that reduces the transistor current by adjusting bias. It does not change the conduction angle because the drive is always 50%. Without amplitude stabilisation your solution is better, of course. Mine however reduces both 2nd and 3rd harmonics by more than 10dB, and reduces power consumption to 1/2. Not bad at all.

    Looks good

Now a step forward would be placing a quadrature Johnson counter in a loop so that VCO operates at 4x Tx frequency, while the oscillator provides perfect quadrature phases for Rx switchers.

BTW, C7 was intentionally somewhat larger than C6 because Tx voltage can go beyond + and - Vcc, and 4046 is rated for inputs within power rails.
