Hello everyone. While I'm working on my Silver dog kits (Surf Pi, TGSL) I saw a Whites Coinmaster Pro in the Cabela's Bargain Cave. I can pick it up for about $90. Is it worth it? Is it a decent beginning detector? What type of detector is it? PI, BFO, VLF, PFM? Keep in mind that I'm new and have no clue about most of these devices.

The current model is a very capable VLF detector. Prices you can judge from google. I can not comment whether it is bargain in your country but in the UK I would have snapped his arm offOriginally posted by Shawn Knight View Post -
