      Sorry I didn't see this thread before now...
      I got a DRS ground Exper th 23 dec.2015 from DRS Germany.
      NIGHTMARE will say all.
      Never ever do any business with DRS Germany and If you want the full story, please PM.
      Do the Ground Exper work ? I can't say because they send a unit with so many defect and things missing
      and Email corresponding is this moment stopped, no respond. If I should give the quality of the unit and the setup
      some words... Chinese junk.
      Only one good thing to say, the US disb. tryed to help early in the deal, to wake up the German office,
      they seem to be honest..

        do you know how looks the REAL georadar? only Kostin did this project and noboby around.

As well as in metaldetectors, only the powerful impulse "punches" the earth. Some nanoseconds are about currents in hundreds of amperes for these. As the frequency of repetition of impulses is rather small (in relation to its duration), this mad power "is smeared" due to huge porosity up to quite usual sizes.

However everything flows, the river under the name "time" doesn't plow only lazy, and, by means of the Internet, in any directions and repeatedly... Now can make such device also the simple radio fan if reads the different information which is kindly dumped in the Internet by the same fans and will get somewhere VCh (or the microwave oven) an oscillograph. It is still possible to buy old Soviet C1-104 or even a stroboscope of C7-8, and for small money. If you have no such oscillograph and there is no thirst for soldering, all the rest can be not read. Yes, still the head is desirable...
          So, with what it is necessary to begin? It is necessary to begin with reading of several books and works in which the principles of formation of powerful high-voltage impulses are simply and intelligibly stated.
