I did clone pi W (with Atmega

it's sensive and powerfull but it's sense all metals (I want to sense just Gold and not any other metals)

Can you guide me (for Example) adding some circuit for this devices to only detecting gold and drop other metals

You will need to build a VLF unit, search in the forum and pick project you like the most.
No machine will give you exact rejection of "all metals but gold" you must know that, you will still need to use a "shovel discriminator" - if it beeps, dig
