Here are the final files i sent to China:

Ok I see what happened to my boards when I converted the Sprint File to Gerber. I took a good look at your orig Sprint. Then compared my Gerber conversion to yours.

When looking at your Gerber files, there were two files that were blank files when I opened those up in Gerber viewer. Are these files actually blank or am I doing something wrong?


Considering having new PCB's made, just want to make sure I have correct Gerbers.

Those gerbers are directly exported from the Sprint Layout file i posted earlier.
They must be 100% identical.
Only problem was because i used green layer as top and blue as bottom in Sprint Layout.
In gerbers those are irrelevant, because you can rename it anyway you want.

Well, since my PCB's are wrong. Looking at them......it would be too much of a pain in the butt to build and bend IC legs, transistors etc. backwards.
I can see myself getting confused and getting some parts mixed up, taking up too much time to try and complete.........
So I either spend more money on new PCB's using correct files , quit throw the electronic parts in a box or sll em and go buy a Golden Mask to go with my search coil.
Think I spent $250+ for 10 PCB's and all the electronic components to build 10 units. So if anyone wants the parts For $150 plus shipping, I will throw in the PCB's.

Actually those are correct too.
If you print "films" directly from Sprint Layout; just do mirror both layers (in printing dialogue).
If you export them to gerber, you can export them mirrored... or export them as they are and later just rename gerbers.

Yes layers are reversed on those pcbs.
How that happened?
It should be taken care which layer goes where in process of exporting to gerber format.
Whatever the layer is used as top or bottom in Sprint Layout; later it can be exported to gerber also as mirrored.
Mistake is mine, because i used green layer as top and blue layer as bottom and haven't pointed that earlier!
I thought it is obvious, looking on the marks at integral circuits...
People from Elcrow are accepting only gerber format, so it was completely irrelevant how i will arrange them in Sprint Layout.
Because later in process of exporting to gerber; layers are easily mirrored if needed.
Yet... i did draw the pcb, i made mistake because i haven't pointed out on that...
What to do with those pcbs?
IC chips can be soldered flipped backward so as transistors. Other components even more easier.
Those pcbs are still usable.
