Not really good at understanding these technical documents. But a phrase used in the patent, stood out. "Kickstart"
And that reminded me very much of the method employed in the square wave pulse induction project by deemon, that uses a "special adaptive compensation circuit" to give a kick-start in his Square-wave-Pulse-Induction. deemon explains his idea in several posts starting @ http://www.geotech1.com/forums/showt...081#post166081
I hope this patent heralds the coming of a new world class PI machine from First Texas. In the meantime it would be good to see more geotech constructors giving deemons project some attention. He put a lot of effort into explaining how to go about building it.
