Here is another example of Nokta using people that really do not have what it takes to promote a machine. This is a low information video by one of the testers. This person probably doesn't realize how bad he really is and I kinda feel sorry for him as I do some of the other testers from Dankowski. When you pick testers from a group of inconsiderate people that were catered to by Dankowski forum they probably don't know how they look in the real world.

I think I'm skilled enough to put the new machine through its paces, and find it's flaws and good points, and come up with suggestions for improvements. But I wouldn't have any idea about producing a video, I'm sure I would look completely incompetent, and there's no chance it would ever see the light of day on a media platform like YouTube. I guess it's rare to find someone with detecting AND media skills, so I try not to be too critical of the stuff out there on YouTube.

The manual is out. In part it says - .
Do not carry any metal objects whle usng

the devce. Keep the devce away from your
shoes whle walkng. The devce may detect
the metals on you or nsde your shoes as
        targets

        ---------------------------------------------------------------------

Looks like a person is going to have to make a trip back to the vehicle or find a different way of keeping finds away from them while detecting. Can't carry a metal digging device either. I'm sure some will say ignore the warning but will believe everything else in the manual. I wonder if the Impact doesn't perform as some expect if it will be because they had metal on them.

HaHa, that's one of those newcomer mistakes, wearing steel-toed 'safety boots', and wondering why the machine is always going off. And wearing your wedding ring, and setting off the detector when doing the 'waving the clod over the coil' process.

This goes well beyond that. It is recommended that you have no finds or a metal digger on you.

Hahaha, unbelievable! What a joke-number is this here!

What's wrong with you, Mr. "ACE250 is the only needed detector in the world" Kemper ?!
The more you are writing the more you are disqualifying yourself totally!

Do you wanna say that also the video from "The Hoover Boys" was bad or what?!

And of course you can wear shovel and finds on your body as long as the coil distance is far enough!
But this doesn't works for you because you have to sweep with your yellow bird directly in front of your toes!

Maybe you can get your opinion on the metal put in the manual. Also, you had no opinion on the comment of mine that you quoted but tried a diversion.

btw. what we see so far is the TEST-version of the Nokta Impact !!! Don't forget this.
                  There is continuously improvement involved!

Same as when we compare the Makro Jeohunter with the improved DeepHunter!

Many MD-companies are so disgusting ignorant and arrogant that they not even
answer any emails (I don't wanna tell any names here)
But Makro and Nokta always did listen to the problems and
improvement suggestions of their MD-buyers and MD-users which is simply great !!!

And the results we see meanwhile - really fantastic metal-detectors
with super depth and features that make metal-detecting successful!

And of course it is very good that the coil of the Impact is not wireless !!!

How crazy is this to put all kind of huge PCB and batteries directly inside the coil ?!
Its like installing the Hubble space telescope directly at New York Time Square !!!

And Kemper, if you think that someone not even should carry metal objects or spades around
while hunting, you must hate the XP Deus because it carries metal directly inside the coil!

(to keep it realistic: The Deus detects a lot metal even if there is some already extremely close
to the coil, because the induction balance can "ignore" this stuff to some degree. Same as the
Hubble still will see the moon from Time Square! But a really meaningful solution looks different -
the Hubble is in orbit to avoid all kind of light- and air-smog disturbances for max. performance)

OK, if you need it the hard way concerning your ironic analogies:

Parents have organs for sex too.

(You can't compare melons with plums when the really counting factors doesn't matter.
The Hubble uses some of the best data transmission methods possible which does not
disturb the EM-signals of the stars. It doesn't uses some bright blinking lighthouse )

I didn't say that. Nokta says that in their manual. You are very bad at staying on point and very good at putting words in people's mouth.

Funfinder I just saw a video on the new upcoming AKA Intronik and they have developed a 25" coil for it.
The Intronik is in the field testing stage and it looks like a detector worth consideration.

25'' ( = 63,5cm ) coil for the Nokta Impact ?! WOW, this would be fantastic!

btw. I have found a website where the Impact already is available - for worldwide best price
and you can support that way the Turkish economy directly (english language select upper right corner):

                            http://www.dedektorburada.com/arama/Impact

The standard package is ca. 900 dollars incl. taxes and shipping
and the Pro ca. 1000 US $ - 2 years warranty.

I suggest you buy the standard package but with additional 40cm coil
and wireless headphone - should be some special offer for ca 1100 bucks.
Or without headphone if you like to search with vibration and mp3 player
for around 999 bucks! But the 40cm coil is really important
because a lot precious stuff is deeper and very hard to find with 30cm coils.

Anyway - thanks for the info, landman, and lets hope that this large coil for the
Nokta Impact from AKA Intronik vvvveeeerrrryyyy soon will hit the market!

Sorry Funfinder. The new detector is called the Intronik from the Russian company
AKA. Here's a video with the 18" coil
