    NO INFO outside i need.
    with your pcb back i send you a pcb or on delta pulse, either King Cobra, either Barracuda. on your choice.
    you will get your pcb tested and resoldered back.

    I found the dumping resistor, is 220ohm but looks like is only 0.5w. why?

    - disconnect the coil and measure R on a board coil socket
    - write us the value
    schematic clearly shows - dumping R is on the board.

    Hello,

    I have some questions regarding this detector.
    - where is dumping resistor for the coil? It does not seem to be inside the shrink tube. Coil inductance (pulse diver 950) measure 0.224mh (hi reading) and 292uh(low)- which one is the real value? (i don't have multimeter with me to check the resistance).
    - can i use instead of 8AA battery's 3x18650? what it will be the drawback?
    - i have the black o-ring for the case, i've heard that is notorious for leakage. Where can i get the orange one in Eu.
    - what minus have in front of surf P.I pro?
